Project a point to a cubic spline interpolation.

Parameters:

spl (CubicSpline) – the cubic spline interpolation.
y (ndarray) – the point to be projected.
ys (ndarray) – the array of points that the cubic spline interpolation is generated from.

the time of the projected point.
